You can play Magic Sort without providing your name, email address, phone number, physical address, or other personal information directly to us.

Magic Sort requires Internet access for certain features, including loading advertisements and communicating with Google Play services for in-app purchases.
The App also checks network availability to determine whether an Internet connection is available.
Magic Sort does not use the Internet connection to upload your locally stored game progress to RD Projects.
Magic Sort may provide an optional daily reminder notification at approximately 5:00 PM to encourage you to continue playing.
On Android 13 and newer versions, notification permission may be requested before notifications can be displayed.
Notifications can be disabled at any time through your device settings.
Magic Sort may use the Android RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED permission to restore scheduled reminder notifications after your device restarts.
This permission is not used to collect personal information or monitor your device activity.

Magic Sort does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, location, phone calls, SMS, or personal files.
Your game progress, level completion, stars, coins, medals, settings, streak information, and similar gameplay information may be stored locally on your device.
This locally stored gameplay information is used to provide the game experience and is not uploaded to or stored on RD Projects servers.
If you uninstall the App or clear its application data, locally stored game progress may be deleted.
Magic Sort may offer optional in-app purchases through Google Play Billing.
Purchases are processed through Google Play. Payment information, such as complete credit card numbers, debit card numbers, or banking credentials, is handled by Google Play and is not collected or stored by RD Projects.
Google Play may process information necessary to complete and manage purchases, verify transactions, provide purchase history, and support refunds or other transaction-related services.

Magic Sort uses third-party services that may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
These third-party services operate independently from RD Projects and may collect or process information according to their own policies.
We take reasonable measures to protect information under our control. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Since RD Projects does not maintain a user account system or a personal information database for Magic Sort, we do not maintain a separate database of your personal information.
Magic Sort is a family-friendly puzzle game and does not require users to create an account or submit personal information directly to RD Projects.
Magic Sort does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
Third-party services such as Google AdMob may have their own policies, age requirements, consent mechanisms, and child-directed treatment. Their handling of information is governed by their respective policies.

RD Projects does not maintain a personal user account database for Magic Sort. Game progress and settings stored locally on your device remain there until they are removed by the App, cleared through device settings, or deleted when the App is uninstalled, subject to Android system behavior.
