Privacy Policy

Sudoku — by RD Projects

Last updated: September 2026

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains, in plain language, how the Sudoku app ("the app", "we", "us") handles information. The short version: we do not collect your personal data.

1. Data We Don't Collect

We do not create an account for you, and we have no servers that collect or receive your information. We do not ask for your email or phone number, and we do not track your location. We do not sell or share any personal data, because we don't gather it in the first place.

2. Data Stored On Your Device

Your game progress, coins, medals, streak, settings, and the optional profile you choose — a nickname, an avatar, and a country — are stored locally on your device using Android's private storage. These are optional and chosen by you. This data never leaves your phone unless you use your own device backup or choose to share it (see Sharing). Uninstalling the app removes it.

3. Advertising

The app is free and supported by ads served through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect device identifiers and similar data in accordance with Google's own privacy policy. Buying "Remove Ads" or the "Premium Combo" removes the full-screen interstitial ads; a banner and the optional rewarded videos may still appear. Learn more about how Google uses data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

4. In-App Purchases

The app offers optional purchases (coin packs, tips, Remove Ads, and Premium Combo). All payments are processed entirely by Google Play. We never see, collect, or store your card or payment details.

5. Permissions We Use — and Why

We request nothing more than we need to run these features.

6. Sharing (Optional)

If you tap Share, the app builds an image from the profile you chose (nickname, avatar, country) and your progress, then hands it to your device's share sheet so you can send it wherever you like. Sharing happens only when you start it — we never upload or send anything on our own.

7. Children

Sudoku is family-friendly. We do not knowingly collect any data from children, consistent with our no-data-collection approach.

8. Changes To This Policy

If this policy ever changes, we'll update it here and revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
